Once your party closes, your Personal Party Facilitator will go over your sales with you as well as the rewards tier reached. She will help you place your order for your free products based on your earnings. You can, but the easiest route for sure is for your guests to shop via the website. If, for whatever reason, someone doesn't feel comfortable or have access, you can use your link to place the order for them. 

Every Hostess will receive a link and a dashboard to keep a live view of their event sales, the customers who have ordered, and the rewards earned. You can use this dashboard to confirm which guests have shopped and which need follow-up. You can also use this dashboard to watch your goals and give it a push when necessary to reach the next goal! The personalized link that you receive will ensure that all orders placed using that link are credited toward your event. important: Event orders placed outside of this link must be accounted for or brought to the attention of your Personal Party Facilitator before the close of your party to adjust credit for the sale. Orders not brought to our attention during this timeframe will not be able to be added to your totals. Speak with your Personal Party Facilitator for more information on this policy.

The Party Process will begin 48 hours before your Zoom virtual party. Guests will have access to your partner Facebook group, personalized link, and shopping. The Zoom virtual party will happen on day three, and 48 additional hours after the Zoom party will be provided for last-minute attendees and orders to come in. The link to your Zoom party will be placed in the Facebook group for anyone who has missed out. Altogether, the party experience spans five available days to score the biggest party and rewards ever! Remember, your Personal Party Facilitator will handle all of the Facebook group posts so don't worry! You have little to no work to do other than sharing your event and making sure your friends don't miss it!
