Production Timeline

Every ArmoredSoul piece is crafted especially for you.

All bags, footwear, and blankets are custom-made at the time your order is placed. We do not mass-produce inventory. Your declaration is created specifically for you once your order is confirmed.

Our standard production timeline is 10–14 business days, though processing time may extend slightly during high-volume seasons or special releases.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has completed production and is handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Transit Time

After shipment, transit typically takes:

• 3–5 business days
• Up to 7 business days, depending on location

Delivery times may vary for:

• Military addresses
• Noncontiguous U.S. states
• Remote locations

Please plan accordingly when ordering for events, holidays, or special occasions. We do not currently offer expedited production or shipping.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

Once your package is scanned and accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are the carrier's responsibility.

Lost, Stolen, or Mis-Delivered Packages

ArmoredSoul™ is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or mis-delivered once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier and show tracking movement.

If your tracking number shows “accepted,” “in transit,” or “delivered” but your package has not arrived, you must contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.

We are happy to assist by providing documentation if needed.

Refunds, credits, or replacement orders are not available for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered once in the possession of the carrier.

For added peace of mind, we recommend ensuring delivery addresses are secure and accurate before completing your purchase. Avoid using addresses that are unsafe, difficult to understand, or have a history of lost or stolen packages.

Shipping Locations

At this time, we ship within the United States, including military addresses.

We do not currently offer international shipping. We look forward to expanding globally in the future.
