By placing an order, you acknowledge that your item is produced specifically for you and is subject to the production timelines outlined in our Shipping & Exchange Policy.

Custom-made production may affect return eligibility and processing time.

4. Product Information

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free, complete, or current.

ArmoredSoul™ reserves the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders if inaccuracies are discovered.

5. Orders & Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activity under your account.

ArmoredSoul™ reserves the right to:

• Refuse service
• Cancel orders
• Limit quantities
• Terminate accounts
• Remove content

At our sole discretion.

6. User-Generated Content & Submissions

If you submit content to ArmoredSoul™ — including but not limited to reviews, testimonials, photos, videos, social media posts, or comments — you grant ArmoredSoul™ a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such content in any media worldwide.

You represent that:

• You own the content submitted
• The content does not infringe upon third-party rights
• The content is truthful and lawful

ArmoredSoul™ reserves the right to remove or edit submitted content at any time.

7. Creator & Collaboration Terms

By participating in any ArmoredSoul™ Creator, Ambassador, Affiliate, or Collaboration program, you agree to the following:

Any content created that features ArmoredSoul™ products — including photos, videos, testimonials, and promotional materials — may be used by ArmoredSoul™ for marketing, advertising, website display, email campaigns, paid advertisements, social media, and future promotional efforts without additional compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By tagging, submitting, or sharing content with ArmoredSoul™, you grant ArmoredSoul™ a perpetual, royalty-free license to reuse and repurpose that content across digital and print platforms.

Participation in Creator or affiliate programs does not create an employment relationship.

ArmoredSoul™ reserves the right to remove any Creator or affiliate from participation at its discretion.

Creator Disclosure & FTC Compliance

Creators, Affiliates, and Collaborators agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform requirements regarding sponsored content and endorsements, including Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.

All paid partnerships, gifted collaborations, affiliate relationships, or compensated promotions must be clearly and conspicuously disclosed in accordance with FTC standards and social media platform policies.

Acceptable disclosures may include, but are not limited to:

• #ad
• #sponsored
• #ArmoredSoulPartner
• Platform-specific “Paid Partnership” tags

Disclosures must be easily visible and not hidden within captions, hashtags, or comments.

Failure to properly disclose sponsored relationships may result in:

• Immediate removal from the Creator program
• Termination of collaboration
• Withholding of unpaid commissions or compensation

Creators acknowledge that they are solely responsible for ensuring their content complies with applicable disclosure laws and platform rules.

ArmoredSoul™ reserves the right to request edits, corrections, or removal of non-compliant content at any time.

8. Discounts & Promotions

All discount codes, promotions, and offers are subject to the following:

• Limit one offer per order
• Cannot be combined unless stated
• No cash value
• May not be transferred or reproduced

ArmoredSoul™ reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

9. Shipping & Exchange Policy

Your purchase is also governed by our Shipping & Exchange Policy, which outlines production timelines, exchanges, and eligibility requirements.

By completing a purchase, you agree to those terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArmoredSoul™ disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

ArmoredSoul™ is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this site or products purchased, including direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

Certain state laws may limit these exclusions.

11. Limitation of Liability

ArmoredSoul™ shall not be liable for:

• Delays caused by shipping carriers
