There is no regular schedule for drops! Unlike some stores that set timers and scare you into buying with the doomsday countdown, we don’t do that. Drops can happen at any time of the month.

They last as long as they are doing well! So basically, by sharing with your family + frieyou are in a sense voting for the products that you want to stay. If a product drop does well, it will keep on keeping on! If a product doesn’t do too well, it will likely go away.

Your voice matters! 

If an Exclusive is greyed out or shows unavailable, then that means the product(s) ran their course and are no longer available for purchase. We will keep Exclusives visible even if they are not available to give you an idea of the amazing opportunities that we give in new items! Be sure to jump on the ones you love and share so that they never go away! 

It depends! If it did okay, it may make the drop list again on a future run. If it completely flopped, it will most likely not return. This is why it’s important to grab what you love when you see it since you never know what the world will say!  

GREAT question! Due to their limited availability, Exclusives are non-refundable or exchangeable with the exception of the rare manufacturer’s defect. In this rare case, please message us using our Live Chat Feature for more direction. Products deemed eligible for return will be credited via an ArmoredSoul Gift Card per our Return Policy.

Oh no! We understand these things happen, but due to the limited nature of these products, we will be unable to place orders for Exclusives once they retire.

While an exact end date may not be communicated, look to your emails to get an indication on how your favorite Exclusives are doing. Grab yours just in case it goes away!

Each Exclusive is different! Some are custom-made just for you and may take longer than others. See each individual product for more specifics on the shipping timeframe.
