Does ArmoredSoul™ have a phone number?

At this time, we do not offer phone support. The best way to reach our team is through the Chat icon on our website, available Monday through Thursday, 10am–5pm EST. If we are assisting another guest, simply leave your message and we will follow up by email as soon as possible.

Because each of our pieces is made-to-order and our team is intentional, we prioritize written support so that we can serve every guest with care and clarity. You are also welcome to send us a message through our Facebook or Instagram inbox. It is always our honor to serve you.

Does ArmoredSoul™ have an email?

Does ArmoredSoul™ provide discount codes?

What form of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay. For added flexibility, installment payment options are available through Shop Pay Installments, Sezzle, Klarna, and Afterpay. Please note that these third-party payment providers are subject to their own approval processes and terms.

Yes. ArmoredSoul is a Christian fashion house rooted in the truth of Scripture and centered on Jesus Christ.

Our designs are created to boldly carry the Word of God and inspire visible faith in everyday life. Each declaration we release is grounded in biblical truth and crafted with intention and prayer.

What makes ArmoredSoul different?

ArmoredSoul is a Christian fashion house creating prophetic statement bags and footwear designed to boldly carry the Word of God. Each declaration includes curated Scriptures, a prayer card, music to learn the Word on your item, and a worship experience — crafted not only to be worn, but to open doors for meaningful conversations and faith-filled moments in everyday life.

How do The Hightops fit?

Our signature canvas hightops have a structured fit. If you prefer additional room or plan to wear thicker socks, we recommend sizing up half a size.

Are your bags made of real leather?

Our bags are crafted from high-quality vegan leather selected for durability, structure, and ethical sourcing. We believe in creating beautiful, meaningful pieces while remaining mindful of materials and impact.

Are The Prayer Blankets machine washable?

Yes. For best results, we recommend washing on a gentle cycle in cold water and tumble drying on low heat.

If I submit a prayer request, will someone really pray or even respond to me? 

Yes. Every prayer request submitted to our team is read and prayed over with care. While we are not always able to respond personally to every message, you can be assured that your request is never ignored.

Does ArmoredSoul™ have physical stores that I can visit? 

At this time, ArmoredSoul operates exclusively online.

However, we regularly appear at conferences, retreats, and select events throughout the year. We invite you to visit our Events page to see where we’ll be next — we would love to meet you in person.

A permanent retail space is part of our long-term vision, and our community will be the first to know when that season arrives.

How do I attach a note if I am sending as a gift? 

If you are sending your order directly to a recipient, simply enter their name and shipping address at checkout. You may include a personal message in the “Notes” field of your order to complete your presentation. We will thoughtfully prepare your gift so it arrives beautifully and ready to bless.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is ArmoredSoul’s return policy?

Because each ArmoredSoul piece is custom-made upon ordering, we do not offer refunds.

We do, however, offer exchanges within 10 calendar days of confirmed delivery for eligible items. Please note:
• Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.
• Prayer Blankets are final sale for hygiene reasons.
• Size exchanges for The Hightops must be requested within 3 business days of delivery and must show no signs of wear, including scuffing or sole wear.
• Clearance, custom, and limited-release items are final sale.

In the rare case of a verified manufacturer’s defect, we will gladly review your request and provide a replacement or store credit once approved. We are committed to serving you well while maintaining the integrity of our made-to-order process.

What is the process if my return or exchange request meets the above criteria?

If your return or exchange request meets the criteria outlined above, please contact our team within the applicable timeframe using the Chat icon on our website or by emailing team@armoredsoul.com. Be sure to include your order number and a brief description of your request. If your exchange is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions. Once your item is received and inspected, we will process your approved exchange or issue store credit accordingly. Please do not return items without prior approval, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted. We are grateful for your cooperation as we carefully steward each made-to-order piece.

Will I have to pay shipping on my return or exchange?

If your return or exchange is approved due to a verified manufacturer’s defect, ArmoredSoul will provide return shipping at no cost to you. For approved exchanges related to sizing or personal preference, guests are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that items must be returned with tracking, as exchanges or store credit cannot be processed until the item has been received and inspected.

May I get a refund to my original form of payment?

Because each ArmoredSoul piece is custom-made upon ordering, we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Approved returns are issued in the form of store credit, which may be used toward any future purchase.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Because our pieces are custom-made upon ordering, production begins quickly. If you need to request a change, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. While we cannot guarantee modifications once production has begun, our team will review your request and assist if possible.

What if I ordered the wrong shoe size?

Size exchange requests must be submitted within 3 business days of confirmed delivery. Shoes must be unworn and show no signs of wear, including sole scuffing, dirt, stretching, or lace wear. Once approved and received, we will process your size exchange.

What qualifies as a manufacturer’s defect?

A manufacturer’s defect refers to a structural or material flaw present upon arrival, such as broken hardware, stitching failure, or print misalignment. Minor variations in color, texture, or natural wear over time are not considered defects.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

What is the ArmoredSoul Shipping Policy?

Each ArmoredSoul piece is custom-made upon ordering. Please allow 10–14 business days for production before your order is released to the carrier. Once shipped, transit time typically ranges from 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center.

Because every declaration is created intentionally and made-to-order, we appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare your piece.

What if my order exceeds the stated shipping timeframe?

While we work diligently to meet our stated production and shipping timelines, occasional delays may occur due to order volume or carrier transit times.

If your order appears delayed, we recommend first checking your shipping confirmation email and tracking information. Please also check your spam or promotions folder in case your tracking email was filtered. If your order has exceeded the estimated timeframe and you have not received tracking details, please contact our team via the Chat icon on our website or by emailing team@armoredsoul.com.

What methods of shipping do you offer?

We ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, Fedex, and UPS. Carrier selection may vary based on destination and fulfillment logistics.

At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. Because each piece is custom-made prior to shipment, production time remains consistent regardless of carrier speed. Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive tracking details to follow its journey to you.

Please note that transit times may be impacted during holiday seasons or due to weather-related delays.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat-rate shipping of $12.95 on all U.S. orders.

Orders of $150 or more (before tax and shipping) qualify for complimentary shipping and a complimentary ArmoredSoul wallet, added as our gift to you.

All pieces are custom-made prior to shipment, and you will receive tracking details once your order leaves our fulfillment center.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

My tracking shows “Delivered,” but I have not received my package. What should I do?

Occasionally, carriers may mark a package as “Delivered” shortly before it arrives. We recommend allowing an additional 1–2 business days for final delivery.

If your package has not arrived after that time, please:
• Verify the shipping address provided at checkout
• Check with household members or neighbors
• Look around your delivery location (porch, side door, parcel lockers, etc.)
• Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number for assistance

Once a package is marked as accepted by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier. ArmoredSoul is unable to replace or refund orders that show confirmed accepted by the carrier. If you need assistance navigating the carrier claim process, our team is honored to guide you.

How do I know when my order ships?

Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. If you have opted in to SMS notifications, you may also receive a text update when your order ships.

Because each piece is custom-made prior to shipment, you will receive tracking only after production is complete and your package has been released to the carrier.

Does ArmoredSoul™ offer expediting processing and shipping if I need it quickly? 

At this time, we do not offer expedited production or shipping. Because each ArmoredSoul piece is custom-made upon ordering, our production timeline remains consistent for every order. We encourage placing your order with sufficient time to accommodate both production and carrier transit.

We are grateful for your patience as we carefully prepare each declaration with intention and care.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Because production begins quickly, shipping address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. While we cannot guarantee modifications once production has begun, our team will review your request and assist if possible.

ArmoredSoul is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

What if my package is returned to sender?

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or being unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange reshipment once the item has been received in-house. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Because each order becomes the responsibility of the carrier once they accept it, returned-to-sender orders are not eligible for refunds.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? 

Yes. We provide shipping to P.O. Boxes through the United States Postal Service only.

THE ARMOREDSOUL™ CREATOR PROGRAM

What is the ArmoredSoul™ Creator Program?

The ArmoredSoul Creator Program is an application-based partnership for believers and faith-based content creators who desire to share the Word of God and the mission and message of ArmoredSoul with their audience.

Creators receive a personalized commission link and earn commission on qualifying sales generated through their content. In addition to commission, creators may receive access to exclusive product drops, collaboration opportunities, and special community support.

We welcome both everyday believers who share their faith in authentic, daily life and established ministry leaders or content creators with structured platforms. Each application is prayerfully reviewed to ensure alignment with the heart and mission of the House.

What are the perks of being part of the Creator Program?

ArmoredSoul Creators earn a flat 20% commission on all qualifying sales generated through their personalized Creator link. Commission payouts are issued monthly once the minimum threshold of $25 is met.

In addition to commission, Creators receive:
• Early access to select product releases
• Opportunities to earn complimentary products
• Access to exclusive updates and Creator-only resources
• Ongoing community support within our Creator network

Our Creator Program is designed to reward authentic sharing and align with those who genuinely carry the Word and the mission of the House.

Do Creators earn commission on their own purchases? 

Yes. Creators may earn commission on their own qualifying purchases made through their personal Creator link.

However, commission does not apply to Creator-exclusive discounts, special Creator pricing, gifted products, or any purchase otherwise designated as non-commissionable.

ArmoredSoul reserves the right to review and adjust commission in cases of misuse or abuse of the program.

What types of sales do not qualify for commission?

Commission is paid on completed, non-refunded sales.

Orders that are canceled, refunded, disputed, or flagged as fraudulent do not qualify for commission.

Is there a required minimum in sales per month?

No. There is no minimum sales requirement to remain part of the ArmoredSoul Creator Program.

Creators are free to share as frequently or as selectively as they choose. However, consistent and intentional sharing naturally increases commission potential and impact. Accounts inactive for 3+ months may be reviewed for participation. Our goal is to support authentic voices who genuinely align with the mission of the House, not to impose quotas or pressure.

Is there an application to participate and what is the vetting process like?

Yes. The ArmoredSoul Creator Program is application-based. Because our Creators represent the mission and message of the House, each application is carefully reviewed to ensure alignment in values, faith expression, and content integrity. 

Applicants must provide active social media or content platforms for review. This allows our team to verify authenticity and ensure mutual alignment. Pages must reflect values consistent with the Christian foundation and mission of ArmoredSoul.

Please allow up to 14 days for application review. In some cases, a brief follow-up conversation may be requested prior to approval.

We deeply value integrity and intentional partnership, and we look forward to welcoming Creators who carry the Word with authenticity.

Can a Creator be removed from the program? 

Yes. Because the ArmoredSoul Creator Program represents the mission and message of the House, we reserve the right to remove or suspend a Creator account at any time if content, conduct, or public representation no longer aligns with our Christian values or brand standards. Our goal is not control, but integrity.

We are committed to protecting the heart and witness of the House, and we expect our Creator partnerships to reflect that same alignment. In most cases, concerns will be addressed through communication first. However, repeated misalignment or behavior inconsistent with our mission may result in removal from the program.

How often and by what method are commissions paid?

Creator commissions are paid on the 15th of each month, following the month in which the sales were generated.For example, sales made in June will be paid on July 15.

Commissions are issued via Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App. Creators are responsible for providing accurate and current payment information in order to receive payout. A minimum commission balance of $25 must be reached before payment is issued. If the threshold is not met, earnings will roll over to the following month until the minimum is reached.

ArmoredSoul is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect, closed, or compromised accounts due to inaccurate information provided.

Is there a required number of followers to become a Creator?

No. There is no minimum follower requirement to apply. We welcome both everyday believers who share their faith authentically in daily life and established creators with larger platforms. What matters most is alignment with our mission, integrity in representation, and a genuine desire to carry the Word boldly.

The opportunity to share faith should not be limited by numbers — it should be grounded in authenticity.

Is there an online community available for sharing ideas?

Yes. ArmoredSoul Creators have access to a dedicated online community designed to support collaboration, idea-sharing, and content inspiration.

Inside the community, members receive ready-to-use photography and video assets, early updates, and the opportunity to connect with other Creators who are actively sharing the mission of the House.

Our goal is to cultivate a space that strengthens creativity, consistency, and confidence in carrying the Word publicly.

PARTNERING WITH ARMOREDSOUL™

Does ArmoredSoul offer custom and bulk order opportunities?

Yes. We offer bulk ordering of select ArmoredSoul pieces for churches, ministries, organizations, and events.

Custom design requests may be considered on a limited, case-by-case basis and must align with the mission and message of the House. Minimum quantity requirements apply for all bulk and custom orders.

At this time, individual personalization or single custom pieces are not available. To inquire about a bulk or custom partnership, please contact us through our chat feature or email us at team@armoredsoul.com with details about your request, quantity needs, and timeline.

What is the process if I'd like to create a custom order with ArmoredSoul™?

Custom orders are considered on a limited, case-by-case basis for churches, ministries, organizations, and aligned events.

• Organization or event name
• Proposed design theme or Scripture focus

If your request aligns with the mission and design direction of the House, our team will follow up with next steps, minimum quantity requirements, pricing, and production timelines. Please note that custom collaborations require advance planning and are subject to approval.

Individual personalization and one-off custom pieces are not available.

Do I own my design concept even if ArmoredSoul helps me to design it?  

Custom designs developed in collaboration with ArmoredSoul remain the intellectual property of the House unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The purchasing organization is granted usage rights for the specific, agreed-upon production run.

Exclusive licensing arrangements may be considered for approved partnerships and are subject to separate written agreement.

Are there any fees to create a custom order? When is the balance due? 

Yes. Custom collaborations require a $150 design fee, which includes:

• Up to two initial design concepts based on your specifications
• Up to three rounds of revisions
*Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at $100 per hour.

Because custom designs are created specifically for your organization or event and are not part of our public collection, full payment for the entire order is required prior to production.

Custom design fees are non-refundable once design work has begun.

Are there any restrictions on what can be included in a custom design?

Yes. All custom designs must be reviewed and approved prior to production.

Design submissions must meet the following criteria:

• The design must not infringe upon any trademark, copyright, or intellectual property rights unless the applicant holds documented ownership or authorization.
• Content must align with the Christian foundation and mission of ArmoredSoul.
• Designs may not include profanity, sexually explicit material, political campaigning, racially divisive messaging, or content that conflicts with our brand standards and values.

ArmoredSoul reserves the right to decline any design request that does not meet these guidelines.

Is there discounted pricing for bulk or custom orders?

Yes. Approved bulk and custom orders may qualify for tiered pricing based on quantity. Minimum order quantities apply, and pricing varies depending on design complexity, materials, and total unit count.

What is the turnaround time for custom orders? 

Turnaround time for custom collaborations varies based on design approval, total quantity, production capacity, and shipping requirements. Because each custom order includes a design phase followed by made-to-order production, we recommend submitting inquiries well in advance of your event date.

Estimated timelines will be provided during the approval process once design scope and quantity have been confirmed.

Are custom orders refundable or cancellable? 

Custom orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable once final design approval has been provided. 

Upon completion of the design phase, you will receive a final mockup and approval agreement to review and sign. This document confirms your approval of the design and acknowledgment of our Custom Order Policy.

Full payment is required prior to production.

Please review all design details carefully before granting final approval, as production will begin based on the approved mockup. ArmoredSoul is not responsible for errors or changes requested after approval has been signed.
