    Does ArmoredSoul™ have a phone number?

    While we do not utilize a corporate phone center to connect with our guests, you may contact us through our Online Chat feature Monday through Friday, 10 am-5 pm EST. While we aim to respond in real-time, we may be occupied helping other guests. In this case, please leave a message in the chat and we will connect with you via email.     What is ArmoredSoul’s email?

    Does ArmoredSoul™ provide discount codes?

    What form of payments do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay. Installment payments are available via Klarna and Afterpay. These third-party options are subject to approval.

    Is ArmoredSoul™ a Christian company?

    Yes! We are openly and boldly a Bible-believing, Jesus loving, and people serving company! Almost all of our products are covered with Scripture and we pray over every order that leaves our workshop. While we are a Christian company, however, we are open and available to serve all people per the command of Jesus Himself: love God and love your neighbor as yourself. If you need us, regardless of your faith or belief, we are here to serve you. 

    If I submit a prayer request, will someone really pray or even respond to me? 

    Absolutely. While we try our best to personally respond to every request, we are certain to pray. We also encourage you to follow up with the praise report as we believe in faith that God will respond! 

    Does ArmoredSoul™ have physical stores that I can visit? 

    Not just yet! It is in our plan so be sure to subscribe to our email list as well as our social media channels for big announcements as we move into the brick-and-mortar space. We are excited to meet you!

    Do you offer gift boxes? 

    YES! Look for the add-on when you shop. We are happy to assist you in making your gift-giving experience the best it can be. 

    How do I attach a note if I am sending as a gift? 

    If you are sending an order as a gift directly to a recipient, be sure to list their name and address as the shipping detail, include any note or instructions in the "Notes" field of your order, and opt-in for any additional gift boxes or bags that you would like. We will make sure your loved one is wowed when they receive their gift from you!

    RETURNS + EXCHANGES

    What is ArmoredSoul’s return policy?

    Great question! Our return policy allows jewelry items to be returned within 10 calendar days for store credit in the case of a rare manufacturer's defect. Jewelry products should be returned in the same condition in which they were received and must be unworn and unwashed. For hygienic reasons, the following products are ineligible for return: textile or cloth items including pillow covers, pouches, hats, shoes, and prayer blankets. Custom orders are also final sale due to the customized nature of their content. Clearance or final sale items are ineligible for return for any reason. Cash refunds are not available.

    What is the process if my return or exchange request meets the above criteria?

    If your request meets the above criteria, contact us using the chat feature on our home page and let us know! We will be more than happy to serve you.

    Will I have to pay shipping on my return or exchange?

    For returns or exchanges in the event of a rare manufacturer’s defect, ArmoredSoul will gladly provide for shipping. For returns or exchanges due to personal preference, customers will be responsible for shipping the product back to ArmoredSoul.

    May I get a refund to my original form of payment?

    Returns are provided via store credit or gift card only. Cash refunds via credit or debit card are not available.

    SHIPPING + DELIVERY

    What is the ArmoredSoul Shipping Policy?

    Our goal is for your products to leave our fulfillment within 7-10 business days not including weekends and holidays. On-demand products including apparel, shoes, and blankets are created especially for you when you order and may take up to 14 business days to process. We do aim to underpromise but overperform, so don’t be surprised if your order shows up much faster!

    What if my order runs past your shipping policy?

    That’s no bueno for sure! We aim to nail our shipping policy every time, but in the event you don’t receive it in time, be sure to check your email spam for tracking and be sure it hasn’t indeed shipped but was lost or stolen. If your order includes print-on-demand products such as apparel, shoes, or prayer blankets, their shipping timeframe may be a bit longer as they are created especially for you when you order. If none of the above applies and you have not received your order in the time stated, let us know via the chat feature on our home page. We are here to help!

    What methods of shipping do you offer?

    We ship via USPS and UPS! We do offer priority shipping via these channels. This does not mean we will ship faster, however, it does mean that once it leaves our fulfillment center, the logistics channel used will deliver to you quicker based on their delivery service timeframes. Please note that shipping typically meets delays during holiday seasons and for regions known to experience adverse weather conditions. You will always have tracking to follow to keep an eye on your order’s journey.

    How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping varies based on several factors including the shipping service chosen by the customer, the region to which the order is being delivered, and the weight of your package. Free shipping is available on all orders over $49.

    Do you ship internationally?

    At the time of this writing, we currently do not ship outside of the United States. Stay tuned and subscribe to our email list, however, as this will change very soon!

    My order shows delivered via tracking, but it is not here. What should I do?

    Many times, shipping companies will notate “delivered” packages that are still en route. We recommend giving your package two more days to arrive. If this timeframe has passed and you still have not received your package, we recommend that you verify the address on your order, check with family members who may have brought your package inside, check with neighbors who may have received your package in error, and look around the delivery location specified on the tracking. Also, follow up with your carrier for help. If you are still unable to locate your order, connect with us via the chat feature and we will help you to file insurance for your package if applicable. We are unable to replace orders that have shown as delivered by the shipping company.

    How do I know when my order ships?

    Watch your email! You will receive shipping notifications via email and text if this information has been provided.

    Does ArmoredSoul™ offer expediting processing and shipping if I need it quickly? 

    We do not offer expedited shipping and processing at this time. 

    THE ARMOREDSOUL™ COLLAB TEAM

    What is the ArmoredSoul™ Collab Team?

    The ArmoredSoul™ Collab Team is an optional program allowing content creators and everyday believers like you to share ArmoredSoul™ products with their audience in exchange for rewards.

    What are the perks of being part of the Collab Team?

    Our Collab Team earns a commission on sales generated by their sharing! A 10% commission is payable on all jewelry items, while a 5% commission is payable on all non-jewelry items, including apparel and home decor. Monthly opportunities to earn free products are also up for grabs in our Collab Community. Not to mention be a part of our amazing Collab Family online, where our team shares ready-made videos and photography for sharing on the go.

    Is there a required minimum in sales per month?

    Not at all! Collab Team Members can make and share as much or as little as they please. Sharing consistently, however, always adds to your commission so the more you share, the more you earn! Either way, the program is yours to participate in however you’d like.

    Is there an application to participate and what is the vetting process like?

    Yes! We need to ensure that anyone requesting to share our brand shares similar values. The mission of the Collab Team is to provide you with a product that can help you share your faith on your platform. We want to be sure that your platform will complement ours and vice versa. We also need to be sure you are who you say you are! Scams are crazy these days! :) Just be honest on your app and we will be excited to have you!

    How often and when is the commission paid?

    Commission is paid on the 15th of every month following the sales month for which it is being paid. For example, sales conducted in June will have a commission paid on July 15. The commission is paid via Zelle or Cash App.

    Must Collab Members have a certain number of followers?

    No! Collab Members can have one or one million. The opportunity to share our faith should be available to all.

    Is social media required to apply?

    To be sure we know who we are partnering with, we require at least one verifiable social media account owned by the applicant. Applications submitted without this requirement will be declined.

    Is there an online community available for sharing ideas?

    YES! We have an online community with ready-made photography and videos that can aid you in your sharing. Our members love to share their content as well so you’re sure to find great content for your own platform!

    CUSTOM + BULK ORDERING

    Does ArmoredSoul offer custom and bulk order opportunities?

    Yes! We offer customers the ability to customize and order in bulk. Custom orders are available for select products only including Leather Wristlets, Scripture Bangles, Charm Bracelets, and Pillow Covers. Custom requests must meet minimum quantity requirements of 150 products per style for Leather and 60 products per style for stainless steel products. Pillow Covers must also meet a minimum quantity of 60 products per style. We are unable to personalize items in singles or in quantities less than the minimum stated. Bulk ordering is available in quantities of 25 of the same item or more. 

    What is the process if I'd like to create a custom order with ArmoredSoul™?

    It's super easy to create a custom product with us! Send us an email or initiate a chat using the chat feature on our home page to let us know what you need. We will connect you with our Custom Team who will walk you through the process. 

    What types of products can I customize and what can I put on them? 

    Products eligible for customization include the following: Charm Bracelets, Scripture Bangles, Leather Wristlets, Pillow Covers, and Pouches. You may design your own content to place on these products or make use of our in-house design team to make your ideas come to life! *Design available for a small fee. 

    Is there anything I cannot place on custom products? 

    Designs must be approved prior to manufacturing and must meet the following criteria: Designs must not be trademarked or copywritten unless such mark or slogan is owned by the customer. Designs must be appropriate in nature and may not include swearing, sexually inappropriate content, politically or racially divisive content, or any such content that goes against the spirit of ArmoredSoul™ and our beliefs. 

    is there a discount for custom products? 

    Yes! Custom products are eligible for a 50% off of retail pricing with minimum quantity requirements being met. 

    How will my custom products come packaged? 

    Custom products will be packaged as per normal in ArmoredSoul™ packaging. 

    What is the turnaround time for custom orders? 

    Turnaround time is based on many factors including time needed to complete design approval, style and quantity ordered, and shipping method. Please consult with your Custom Team Member for your specific project timeframe. 

    Are custom orders refundable or cancellable? 

    Once the design process is complete, customers will receive a document to sign giving final approval on mockups. This document also indicates agreement with our Custom Policy which states that Custom Orders, once approved, are both non-refundable and non-cancellable. Payment is required upfront and in total before any custom products may be manufactured. Please be sure to confirm your design details before signing off as approved. ArmoredSoul™ is not responsible for design errors once we receive approval.
