The ArmoredSoul Work + Worship Retreat is four days set apart for Kingdom-minded women in business or ministry to learn, grow, share resources, solve problems, pray, and help one another succeed.

Inspired by the principles of the Acts Church, we are creating a modern day Kingdom Village where women bring their gifts, wisdom, experience, and ideas to the larger table.

We believe that we can go further together than we ever could alone.

You’ll participate in expert-led masterminds, receive practical tools and resources, build meaningful relationships, and take part in our signature Entrepreneur Spotlight. Alongside learning, we will be engaging in corporate prayer and warfare together and in agreement over one another and our projects.

Every woman in attendance (speakers included!) will receive a dedicated hour to present her business, share her challenges and goals, and then receive 50 minutes of ideas, solutions, feedback, and encouragement from the other women, ending in prayer over her and her individual project.

The Merchant Marketplace will be a large space converted to a storefront for business owners who would like to participate to share their brand. Who knows? You may make your cost of attendance back!

The investment is $750 per person, per intensive.

Each Intensive will offer its own experience, opportunities, and community connections. The September Intensive will place special emphasis on finishing Q4 strong, evaluating your progress, and setting intentional business goals for 2028.

Yes! However, space is intentionally limited to 40 women plus our speakers per Intensive to protect the collaborative nature of the experience.

Once your experience is paid in full, you will be added to the Intensive Facebook Community, opening mid-January 2028. Full payment is required before admission to protect the free value that our speakers will be bringing even before the in-person experience begins.

In the Community, we will be:
• Discovering each other’s projects and increasing our following by the people in the group
• Meeting our experts and learning from them once monthly until we meet in person
• Providing access for members to post questions and requests for help with ideas
• Hearing what the Lord is saying over our business in 2028
• Participating in monthly Zoom meetings to prepare for the Intensive and having Q+A opportunities to ask our experts questions in-person

ArmoredSoul Retreats + Intensives are non-refundable, but transferable. This means that once you have registered, your deposit or payment is non-refundable, but you may sell your ticket. ArmoredSoul is unable to help with the transfer of your ticket, but registrants needing to transfer will be allowed to post in the Intensive Community. If there is a waitlist, a member of our team may be able to contact someone to help you connect and complete the transaction. You and your replacement are responsible for letting us know when the transaction is complete. UNREGISTERED GUESTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INTO THE EXPERIENCE.

Due to the “intensive” nature of this experience, children are not allowed.

The registration form provides for this information. We will also post in the Community for possible carpool connections ahead of the trip.

An Intensive Itinerary will be provided two weeks prior to the event. For safety reasons, addresses to our Intensive Homes will not be made available until 48 hours prior to travel.

Intensive pricing is based on double occupancy. Attendees will share a bed of queen-size or larger. To secure a private room with no roommate, two registrations must be made. (Example: If you want a bedroom by yourself, you must submit two registrations and pay both fees for yourself.)

Registration will close immediately following the 40th registration. The waitlist will replace the Register Buttons. Should someone miss the open registration, they will be notified if a space becomes available. There is not an option to attend virtually at this time.
